1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Returns accepted within 7 calendar days of delivery.

  • Products must be unopened, unused, and in original packaging.

  • Proof of purchase is required.

2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened skincare products

  • Used items

  • Clearance or sale products

  • Damages caused after delivery

3. Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged or wrong item:

  • Contact info@pureskinrituals.store within 48 hours.

  • Provide your order number and photos.

  • We will arrange a replacement or refund after verification.

4. Refund Timeline

  • Refunds are issued within 5–7 working days after inspection.

  • Refunds for EasyPaisa/JazzCash are sent to the original account.

  • COD refunds are issued through EasyPaisa or JazzCash.

5. Return Shipping

  • If the issue is on our end, we cover the return shipping cost.

  • If returned due to a change of mind, shipping is the customer’s responsibility.

6. Exchanges

  • Exchanges are allowed for eligible items if in stock.

  • If unavailable, a refund will be processed.

7. Inspection & Approval

Returned products are inspected carefully. Refunds or exchanges are processed only if the product meets return criteria.

8. Order Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled before dispatch.

  • Once shipped, they must follow the return procedure.
