1. Eligibility for Returns

Returns accepted within 7 calendar days of delivery.

3. Damaged or Incorrect Products
If you receive a damaged or wrong item:

Provide your order number and photos.

We will arrange a replacement or refund after verification.
4. Refund Timeline

Refunds are issued within 5–7 working days after inspection.

Refunds for EasyPaisa/JazzCash are sent to the original account.

COD refunds are issued through EasyPaisa or JazzCash.
5. Return Shipping

If the issue is on our end, we cover the return shipping cost.
